The ChargeFun Visa Platinum card bridges your crypto world with everyday spending. This virtual card allows you to spend your crypto assets anywhere Visa is accepted, with all the benefits of a premium card experience.

The system will initialize your application and prepare your verification process

An embedded KYC (powered by Sumsub) window will appear, complete the steps to verify your identity and once successful, move to the next steps with ChargeFun (continue)

Your virtual card will be automatically issued

You can immediately top up your card and begin using it for online and Contactless purchases (adding the card to Apple/Android Wallet)

Q: How long does the application process take? A: Most applications receive an instant decision. Some may require additional verification, which can take 1-3 business days.
Q: What are the eligibility requirements? A: You must be 18 years or older, have a valid government ID, and meet our verification requirements. Currently available to US residents only.
Q: Will applying affect my credit score? A: No, we do not perform a credit check for the ChargeFun card.
Q: Can I apply again if my application is denied? A: Yes, you may reapply after 30 days. Consider updating any information that may have led to the denial.
Q: Are there any fees associated with the card? A: There are no monthly or annual fees. There is a 1% fee when topping up your card from crypto.
Q: What is my spending limit? A: Your spending limit is equal to your card balance. You can only spend what you've topped up.
Q: Can I use my card internationally? A: Yes, your ChargeFun card works worldwide wherever Visa is accepted.
Q: How do I view my full card details? A: On the Card page, tap the eye icon to reveal your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
Q: What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity? A: Immediately freeze your card in the app and contact support.
Q: How do I freeze my card? A: On the Card page, tap the "Freeze Card" button. You can unfreeze it at any time.
Q: Are my card details secure? A: Yes, your card details are encrypted and only revealed when you explicitly request to view them.
